Out of the box experience it was!
We stayed here for a night and the experience was awesome.
The roaring sound of sea at our door steps and unique camp house experience in an RV was once in a lifetime memory.
This place is for those who seek peace and isolation rather than in a partying environment.
We stayed at the vip RV and there were a few different RVs almost similar in sizes as well.
The staffs were helpful and always ready to help. Though we have to wait at the reception for quite a sometime as no one was there.
Loved our stay so much!!! Best location, right on the beach, had a beach BBQ and breakfast included, was so good!!
Would definitely recommend for a beach getaway
Beach Camp House. When it was opened in 2019 the future looked hard as Covid just hit. This is a long review but read to the end to see why this place deserves a second chance and your visit.
The beach front caravans are really nice and based on the popular European idea of a holiday concept experienced by one of the owners. Most guests are Thai at the moment.
There are two properties; the main one has all the amenities fully manned. The second one is 100m away and can mainly be reached over the beach which can be unpleasant during a hot day but looks rather unloved compared to the main property. The shop there is currently closed and some TLC is needed there. I'm guessing this will come when business is back to speed.
One can order online food at ViewMare next to the main property. The camping also offers car service to the second place which is really kind.
Parking is free but it's best to unload luggage when arriving at the reception as it's about 100-150m back on the road (unguarded, so take your things).
There are some nice restaurants nearby on the beach like the forementioned ViewMare. Pattaya city center is 9km away with plenty of choice along the way.
A nice new feature would be to have fan's around the place outside
Don't leave shoes outside at night. They warn for this as the plenty guard dogs around will take them to play.
Breakfast is served from 9AM and is simple but delicious (Thai breakfast porridge with chicken, orange juice and watermelon 🍉)
Now why did I cancel after our first 'night'? Simply be cause there was no night. Even though Pattaya nightlife is not expected to come back in weeks, a group of about 12 people occupying other caravans with their own guests decided to have a drunk party with loud music starting at 2AM and to continue throughout the night keeping everyone awake. The night desk tried to stop and sent them off a couple times but they simply ignored. Around 4:30AM the drinking run out andfter a relatively quiet hour the whole group decided to go swimming to sober up before sleeping at 5:30AM and left the property before management arrived at 7AM.
I gest a little about it as this is Thailand after all and an adventure to go glamping in a caravan here but only to a certain extent. It's really unacceptable for a place starting back up to not act on the other guests interests and add more security at night. I'm really sad as it's such a lovely adventurous place and could be a really beautiful hideaway.
Please have an active night desk with security and enforce the rule of no music outside after midnight. It will go a long way keeping your guests coming back to this nice venue. 4 ⭐ for location, friendliness staff, execution & concept.
The RV is very old, many functions cannot be used normally, the bathroom door is broken, faucet is broken, sunroof is broken, folding table is shaking, air conditioner so noisy, there is no hot water for showering, the service awareness of some staff is obviously insufficient and unsatisfactory. All this is not proportional to the price of THB4000 per night.
The RV was very old and stinky. No service staffs after dark. Also they serve breakfast quiet late and came in a very small portion.
It was a disappointment compared to the price we have paid for.
Relaxing accommodation with clean rooms and bathrooms.
Nice experience and cozy atmosphere. Thr bed is surprisingly comfortable. They have all facilities and professional service at the front. Was a bit pricey compared to normal hotel but it was worth for the new experience.
Do not stay in a caravan with carpet floor. Our caravan was stinky and smelly due to carpet floor, wet and dirty. Also, cannot find anyone at the reception in order to get a bottle of water. They chain-locked the water cooler and disappeared.
Second star is for good location.
